These terms protect the flowers, the team and your date. By booking a visit or placing an order you agree to them.
Glowrie does not attend venues on speculation. A site visit fee is paid on Mobile Money (+256 705 417 315) before travel. Kampala / Wakiso / Mukono UGX 50,000; greater Central UGX 80,000; rest of Uganda UGX 150,000. The fee is credited if you proceed with décor.
An 80% deposit is required to reserve flowers, labour, hired pieces and transport after the design is agreed. The remaining 20% is due before D-day. Work does not leave the studio until the deposit is on the Mobile Money or bank account.
Cancellation is allowed only if notice is given more than one month before the event date. Inside that month, deposits cover stems already purchased and labour already scheduled and are not refundable except at Glowrie’s written discretion.
Whatever is damaged at the venue during and after the function is compensated by the client. This includes vases, structures, linens, candles, floral foam vessels, chairs specified by Glowrie and any hired prop left in the client’s care after handover.
Shop items are sold as seen, subject to stem substitution of equal value if a variety is short that morning. Delivery windows are confirmed on WhatsApp after payment. Same-day Kampala orders need a morning cut-off agreed on the chat.
